The Ashbridges Bay Facility is to ensure the new streetcars are effectively maintained.

The Ashbridges Bay Facility is to ensure the new streetcars are effectively maintained. This project is comprised of three components; a maintenance building for the fleet of 204 vehicles, a connection track between the facility and Queen Street and storage tracks for 100 of the new streetcars.

A new 6 storey P3, Learning Resource Centre with approximately 450,000 sq. ft.

A new 6 storey P3, Learning Resource Centre with approximately 450,000 sq. ft. with a full height atrium and feature stairwell. It is designed to accommodate 8 components. The penthouse mechanical room with 6 air handling units serves the building. The bldg. also has a sprinkler sysem, radiant panel heating along the perimeter which compliments the steam & chilled water system.
